Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (with tags and packaging intact).

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

Final sale items, gift cards, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items with visible wear, damage, or odors will not be accepted.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, we’ll gladly exchange it (subject to availability).

Once your return is received, we’ll ship the new item free of charge.
